Refund Policy
To request a refund or exchange, contact us at contact@vagolab.com with your order number and reason for the return.
Refunds or exchanges are accepted within 14 days for eligible items.
All returns and exchanges are subject to inspection, items that have been worn, soiled, altered, or damaged are not eligible to return.
Items marked as non-returnable or sale items are final and cannot be refunded or exchanged.
Makeup and skincare products may not be returned for hygiene reasons.
Once altered items may not be returned.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Please include your original invoice with your return.
Returns sent without authorization will be returned to sender.

Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of receiving the defective item.
Swimwear is non-refundable unless the item is defective and must be unworn, with tags and hygiene liners intact.
Occasion Wear and Pre Order is non-refundable unless the item is defective and must be unworn, in the original condition they were sent and with tags attatched.
To request an exchange a style for a different size or color, contact us at contact@vagolab.com with your order number and the details of the item you'd like to exchange.
Exchanges will be processed within 7 business days of receiving the defective item.
Items must be in their original condition and packaging to qualify for an exchange.
Exchanges are subject to stock availability at the time your return is received.
If the requested item is unavailable, we will offer store credit or a refund (if applicable).
Customers are responsible for shipping costs to return the original item, but we will cover the shipping costs for sending the exchanged item back to you.
Sale items are final and cannot be exchanged.
We don't offer exchanges on international orders.
